Under the patronage of the esteemed President of the University, under the supervision of the Deanship of the College of Education, and in cooperation with the Office of the Vice President of the University for Administrative Affairs, the College held a training workshop in the Central Hall entitled "Duties of Public Service and Academic Contexts and Norms." The workshop was presented by the esteemed Professor Dr. Suleiman Barrak Al-Jumaili, Vice President of the University for Administrative Affairs, in the presence of a number of faculty and staff members.
The workshop addressed several axes related to the duties of the university employee and the mechanisms of commitment to the administrative regulations and instructions governing work within the academic institution. Furthermore, it highlighted the importance of adhering to official contexts and academic norms that contribute to consolidating an institutional work environment based on discipline and professional responsibility.
The lecturer also reviewed the most prominent legal and administrative pillars regulating job performance, emphasizing the importance of commitment to public service ethics and enhancing the culture of institutional work in line with the requirements of administrative development and elevating performance levels within the university.
This workshop comes as part of the College's efforts aimed at raising the level of job and administrative awareness and consolidating the principles of commitment and discipline, thereby achieving quality in academic and administrative performance and contributing to supporting the university's journey toward institutional excellence.
